Below you will find a list of the most common questions that we receive.
Can I order the card with an extra envelope to hand-write?
Yes you can. After previewing your design, the next step is to choose delivery type - you can select to have an additional envelope included.
How can I check on my order status?
When you have completed an order, click the "My Account" - you can find this on the green bar at the top of the website. If you click the "Order History" menu item you will see a list showing all of your orders. The status is shown for each order and you can find more details by click the order item.
What are your delivery options and how long does it take?

What payment types does Simply Say accept?
We accept payment from most major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Discover and JCB). Payment processing is completed by two agencies, Stripe and Paypal. Neither will apply any additional charges to our customers, processing fees are paid for by Simply Say. We enforce 3D Secure (where available), to enhance payment security.
Why is delivery only available in Singapore?

Can I cancel or amend my order after payment has been processed?
Once the payment process has completed the card is automatically sent to our printing services, so amending or canceling with a refund is not possible. You may reach out to our customer service Live Chat to request retraction of the order, but this will only prevent the product from being delivered (no refunds). Refunds are only applied in circumstances where Simply Say has made an error. We therefore recommend that you thoroughly check for spelling/grammar/imagery mistakes prior to the payment process.
Are your Greeting Cards made from recyclable paper?
At Simply Say we have a duty to make sure that all of our products are environmentally friendly. The Greeting Cards raw materials are made from Enviro Wove which is imported from Europe. Our supplier has provided us with a certificate which confirms... "Enviro Wove is an un-coated offset paper manufactured from 100% recycled fibres. It is environmentally friendly, totally chlorine free and FSC certified. Enviro Wove has been granted the Green Label No. 003012 from the Singapore Environment Council." - this certificate is available on request. Why do some of the graphics appear poor quality, will it affect my purchase?
The graphics are all stored on canvas's which are then mathematically sewn together to produce the final card. On some screens the graphics may seem poor, but do not worry as the printing process uses good quality 600dpi (most printing is 300dpi). The graphics are stored in vector format so resizing will not cause a reduction in quality (although photos are not vector based - so always try to upload the best quality photo where possible). Our site is geared to HDPI/Retina screens - if you workstation or laptop supports these formats then our graphics will always appear sharp.
Where do Simply Say's sample photos's come from?
These images are provided by Pexels.com and Dreamstimes.com - all images are used under their creative commons zero licence, which allows us to display these photos as samples in our cards.
Can I download and use the artwork from the Simply Say website?
Unfortunately not - our work is all rights reserved, which means that it cannot be downloaded, remixed, re-distributed for personal or commercial use.
Why does my Greeting Card arrive with an additional piece of cardboard inside?
We have on a few occasions found that our Greeting Cards have been damaged whilst being delivered. This additional piece of cardboard helps to protect your Greeting Card from damage. Its 100% recyclable.

What to do if I am not 100% happy with my product or service from Simply Say?
Get in touch with us straight away. We are dedicated to provide a quality service for customers, so if you are not happy then please let us know and we will do everything we can to assist.
Due to the high number of requests, sometimes our customer service team will not be available to chat directly to you, but don't panic! Your request is still registered and placed in the queue, so we will get back to you as soon as possible.
